7-ELEVEN INC.The research presented in this campaign was conducted for my Public Relations Campaigns class at Auburn University. For this course, we partnered with Ketchum PR and chose 7-Eleven as our client for the semester-long final project. The project assignment was to develop a corporate social responsibility (CSR) platform for 7-Eleven convenience stores. Our group chose the topics of sustainability and carbon footprint reduction, to create a more eco-friendly community with each 7-Eleven franchise.
The “7-Eleven Goes Green” campaign is designed to ensure that 7-Eleven is functioning as an eco-friendly company and making constant innovations to reduce their carbon footprint. It also serves to educate employees and customers on ways they can individually contribute to a healthier environment. The goal is to reduce waste consumption and increase recycling efforts, while also getting our audience involved through social media, promotional materials and events. VIEW SITE
